You can eat outside and watch the sunset or in the restaurant if you prefer.The refractory lining for our wood burning oven came from France. The oven was built by local builder Stan Gawrys. It has been a great success and apart from pizzas we make lovely bread and cook slow roasted meat, just using the residual heat.
